Commercial Art

Around 1996 I made my very first web page in Notepad and posted it to Geocities. I'm think it was in the "SunsetStrip" neighborhood but I'm not sure anymore.  It included blink tags, laughing skull and fire animations and Slayer's Raining Blood in autoplay MIDI form. It was a thing of beauty. Suffice it to say, I've been through the good, the bad and the Javascript errors.

I have been a professional web and graphic designer for 10 years since graduating from the Columbus College of Art & Design in 2002. My primary focus has been websites. I specialize in taking web pages that are still rocking the 1999 Deep Space 9 lurker page look and making them modern, easily editable  and cross-browser compliant. I design pages with my audience in mind.

Below are links to some of my most recent projects. For more information about my work history and specific qualifications, download my PDF resume or check out my LinkedIn profile.

Before & After

Coming soon! Before and after shots of websites I've re-built from the ground up! Thrill to the spine tingling sensation of seeing auto refresh, broken images and frames disappear!

I only include sites from the last 3 years in the interest of staying current and not showing you terrible table-based layouts, scrolling marquis and a whole plethora of animated .gifs. Did I mention load screens and enter pages? Perhaps those should be forgotten. Besides, after 3 years things on the internet tend to go away.

I'm currently downloading Archive.org's Geocities file so the old internet can live again on my 2 terabyte hard drive.
